Simple yet timeless, mixing organic with elegance, this Sterling Silver Spinner Ring has a flared Main Band whereby two Hammered Rings orbit freely around. Also known as a Meditation Ring, Fidget Ring or Worry Ring, they have been used for centuries as a stress reliever to calm ones mind and body and is believed to have orginated  from the Tibetan Prayer Wheel.
 
The Main Band is approximately 10mm wide with two Rings made from 1.5mm Round Wire.
